I will provide you with a fully customized training plan uploaded into Training Peaks*. I will develop a weekly mix of swimming, biking, running, strength, flexibility, and recovery work.

I will provide you with a fully customized training plan uploaded into Training Peaks*. I will develop a weekly mix of swimming, biking, running, strength, flexibility, and recovery work.
Proper technique and workout efficiency will also make race day faster and more enjoyable for you.
To accomplish that I will provide feedback on your run, swim, and bike workouts and tell you which key elements to practice so you can put out the max amount of power with proper form.
I'm also very flexible and available to answer whatever questions or concerns that will definitely arise for you along the journey!

started racing in 2016. I had completed a half marathon and a few sprint triathlons. Throughout the year, I knew that I wasn't hitting my optimum potential, and had no real idea what I had to do to get better. I was still doing self training through 2017 when my race season finished in a very difficult performance during Ironman 70.3 Miami. My swim was terrible, I died on my bike, and I had to walk most of the run due to severe cramping and exhaustion. Shortly after the race, I injured myself and was out of commission for almost 4 months. I decided to look for a trainer to help with my swim to start out. A friend recommended Mike to me so I met him for one session in March of 2018. I had decided prior to meeting Mike that I was going to race Ironman Chattanooga in September of 2018. During the session, he asked if I had any races planned and also if I had a training plan in place. I told him about my race plans and said I did not have a trainer. We then had a brief conversation about what a race plan entailed, along with an in depth discussion about nutrition. I was blown away. I had not ever thought about 95% of what he was saying, so I signed up with him that day. Mike is not only a wealth of knowledge in everything from training to daily and on course nutrition, he is an excellent coach in terms of form, technique, and proper balance within the disciplines throughout the training cycles. He is always available to discuss what you can do better, give his thoughts on something you want to switch up, and makes training schedules that cater to your lifestyle and goals specifically. In having many conversations since meeting Mike, I have found that many other trainers take a one size fits all approach, which just doesn't work well for everyone. In addition to perfecting my training schedule and tailoring it to my race goals, Mike also is all about bringing people together, and instilling a sense of community. He really makes you feel like part of something bigger from the moment you start to train with him. Since signing up with Mike, I have gone on to complete 2 full Ironmans, 2 full marathons including NYC, and countless other road races and triathlons, even winning a few and getting on the podium for others. All of this while remaining injury free, meeting tons of new people, travelling to awesome race spots, and having a blast while doing so. I couldn't recommend anyone higher than I would Mike! If you want to enjoy what fitness and racing is all about, he is your guy!
best coach ever!! was super amazing and made sure all my fears where gone before my race. the guy drove me 3 hours to clermont for a 2.4 mile to get rid of my anxiety before my race.!! a damn legend he is. after my race i thought i was going to be a reck and hurting. i went for a run the next day i felt amazing which goes to show how well i was trained. keep in mind when i starting training i couldnt swim the length of a pool and the most i had ever biked was 90 miles like 10 years ago. so from not really biking or ever swimming and running from time to time he got me so ready! I am and artist / painter / sculptor and because of mike i can add ironman to my list of what i am!
Coach Mike Estevez has an approach that pushes you past your comfort zone to allow you to accomplish what you never imagined. I started doing triathlons when I was 50 years old. After racing for 3 years, I still wasn't getting the results that I wanted. I had Coach Mike work with me a couple of times before a race and with his help I finally made the podium in my age group. Months later I was "tricked" into signing up for a half Ironman, so I knew I needed Coach Mike to get me from only doing sprint races to a Half Ironman. In the 7 months that he has been coaching me, I have moved from sprint races to international races. During these 7 months, I have participated in 6 races and have made the podium all 6 times. Mike's training is very simple to understand and easy to follow. Through his training I have become a stronger, faster runner, swimmer, and cyclist. I went from having cycling as my weakest event to my strongest event. Most importantly, I believe Mike's coaching is developed to make sure his clients become stronger and faster without injury. He takes a personal interest in his clients and is always positive and encouraging. He is always available through phone, text and emails to answer questions. I know I couldn't have accomplished what I have so far without his help!
If you want to chase down your big goals, Mike’s the guy that will get you there. I went from trying a sprint triathlon out of curiosity to finishing an Ironman with a smile on my face in just one year, and it was all due to his training plan. He’s creative, funny and encouraging and always worked with my schedule. Thanks Mike!
